  1. that is known as perjury and punishable by time in jail or fines depending on the judge. I guess if you do not mind risking this, go for it, but remember it will be on your record, and you may lose your job if you have to do time.

  2. Perjury is considered a serious offense as it can be used to usurp the power of the courts, resulting in miscarriages of justice. In the United States, for example, the general perjury statute under Federal law provides for a prison sentence of up to five years, and is found at 18 U.S.C. § 1621. See also 28 U.S.C. § 1746. In the United Kingdom the penalty for perjury is a prison sentence of up to seven years, however prosecutions for perjury are rare.

    so... up to 5 years.

  3. Up to five years in prison.  Generally.

  4. Prison time---look at Lil Kim

  5. THERE is no Penalty for PERJURY, remember "SLick" Willy Clinton, he swore to tell the truth and nothing but the truth before a grand jury.  When he was questioned by the grand jury, he lied his A$$ off.  Nothing happened to him, NOTHING.  How about one of Clinton's crownies called "Sandy Berger" who stole TS documents and basically got away with it.  How about the 17 associates of Slick WIlly Clinton who all were found dead???  Coincidence, I don't think so.  It is the POWER and authority over people to control them, just like the ILLUMINATI....
