Usually the club/bar bouncer will just deny you entry and/or take your fake.  However, if they want to pursue it, it's criminal possession of a forged document, and since it's a government issued document, it's going to be a little harsher.  However, the chances of someone really pressing charges is slim to none, unless you're trying to steal someone else's identity....that's a big no-no.
