  1. Both are felonies, and police don't like lying, and if you spend lots of time thinking about it, then you can get other charges, i know you can for stuff like murder...

If you murder someone on the spot, for no reason, then you have less charges, than if you planned it out, i'm sure that it's similar with other things.

Stupid idea, i got hit by an uninsured driver, and I had to pay out of my pocket while he served jail time.  All he did was go to jail, i lost my car, and loads of money.  My insurance provider refused to pay for the damage to my car, or refund me for the vehicle.

If you want to p**s people off lots, then do it...  If you hit someone who has anger related issues, and you don't have insurance, you might not get the chance to go to jail...

  2. what are the penalties if you didn't get any insurance. Here in the uk there is no excuse for not having insurance as you could be in a accident or you could knock someone down and kill them and then what would you do. If you had no insurance here and you knocked my kid down i would knock the **** out of you.

  3. Try to use google to find some related links or you could try to use answer engines like yahoo answer or answer.com to find some relevant questions. If you like some direct resource, here is a good one from my own experience.http://carinsurance.expertsupport.info/a...

  4. i live in pa. and if you dont have insurance, you have to turn your license plate in to the police.

  5. You should get insurance so you don't have to worry about the penalty. Try using http://My-InsuranceSearch.com to compare car insurance rates for all the major providers in your area.
