Lol, well, since all oceans are connected we can compare the approximate volumes. The volume of water in the oceans is estimated as 1.37 billion cubic kilometers  or 1,370 quadrillion cubic centimeters  and the volume of a drop of water is approximately 0.05 cubic centimeters.  So if we divide  them the ratio would be :

=  (0.05) / (1,370 x 10,000,000,000,000,000)

= 1 /  ( 274  x 1000,000,000,000,000,000)



=  1/ 274 quintillion

= % 0.0000000000000000000003649635036
