What is the perfect Wii games for a beginner?

I like video games but I don't very good at it. My brother just get a Wii system and I what to play with it. What are the good games for a novice like me? One more thing, should I get Guitar Hero?

Well Wii Sports is great, but it usually comes with the wii so you may already have it.

Mario Karts is probably one of the best games for the wii, and there are 3 sections ranging from easy to hard. There are so many things to unlock and complete this game will have you addicted!

Wii Fit is a great game if you like to keep fit and like sport, though it is very hard to get hold of and is expensive.

Super Monkey Ball is pretty fun; it is also good for parties as there is a whole section filled with party games!

I think Wii games usually retail at about 39.99 but Wii Fit is quite a lot more expensive.

I've been playing the Nintendo Wii for ages and I can tell you to not get Super Smash Bros Brawl as a starting game because the controls were terrible for me. I ended up having to use the Gamecube controller.

I suggest him first getting Wii Play (comes free with specially marked Wiimote boxes) and it just helps you get use to the controls of the Wiimote and how to hold them and it's alright for a few days while you are still learnong. Then move onto something like Super Mario Galaxy or Super Paper Mario.

I would say get the Zelda game. Its the best game that I have evr played and none of the others on the wii have yet managed to beat it, in my opinion. Guitar Hero is great fun too, but to start off with I would say Zelda, it uses lots of the innovative controls and you can pick it up fairly cheap now too, whilst Guitar Hero is still £50+

Wii Sports and Wii play are definitely games to try for beginners. it gets you used to handling the controller. And guitar hero is fun but gets old after a while.

pretty much any game. all the games are pretty easy for wii. if you want guitar hero you should get it. i play guitar on rock band on 360 and with almost no experience when i started playing i can now beat all of the songs except the last set on expert. if you can't play a game at first practice and read the manual and you'll get better.
