  1. i would say a perfect enviroment for a child to live in would be to have a parent or parents that care for them, love them, make it a safe place for them to be, a clean and tidy enviroment, a roof over their head, clothing and an education. im sure that you could provide that for your child as a parent =) if your pregnant congratulations.

  2. there is no perfect enviroment but a house of peace and love and security and discilpline are a great place to start

  3. Food, shelter and clothing are obvious. Sports or music lessons are luxuries. Not all parents can afford them. Just because your child doesn't have them, it doesn't make you a bad parent. I see a few answers listed here, but the most important one is not listed. It costs nothing and it is the best thing you can give your child. A child needs to be raised according to bible standards. This is a process which starts from birth. See the scripture at Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a boy according to the way for him; even when he grows old he will not turn aside from it." Discipline is a must. I am not talking about slapping the child silly. I would suggest looking up the definition of 'discipline'. Webster's dictionary defines it as: (4) "Training that corrects, molds, or perfects the mental faculties or moral character." At times, however, spanking is needed. See the scripture at Proverbs 22:15: "Foolishness is tied up with the heart of a boy; the rod of discipline is what will remove it far from him." In addition, parents should try to provide a safe environment where children feel loved and wanted. Praise them regularly. Be a good listener. Take a break when anger flares. Set clear, consistent boundaries and limits. Adapt discipline to the needs of each child. Care for spiritual needs through regular study of God's Word. I think all the above practices will pay off well in the future.

  4. For the child and parent/parents to be happy

    Lots of love

Food in their tummy and clothes on their back

    Routine

    Good schooling

Finding the time to do something as a family even if its once a month

  5. With a loving mother and father.  In a decent house, with a decent garden, in a decent neighbourhood.

I think that every child is entitled to the basics - their own bedroom, reasonably trendy clothes, access to interests like music lessons, sports lessons.

I was brought up in an overcrowded house, with a drunken womanising father and a bitter religious fanatic for a mother.  We never had money for clothes - I lived out the church jumble sale bag.  And food - well, that's another story.

I've tried to give my four children a more interesting and better life, with interests they can build a future on, if they wish.

My own children can play a musical instrument, play sport, etc etc.  I feel they have a better base than I had.

They're also not burdened by having to live separate lives - their father is my husband, so they are not the victims in an acrimonious lifestyle.  As we were.

  6. not in the city but in country area but so the child can get food, education ect

  7. A place where they are loved, fed, clothed.

Love can be from one parent, grandparents, and aunt dosn't matter, just loved.

(my grandparents raised me and as a sinlge parent of my first child and I raised my baby sister.)

A child can have all the toys in the world and so on and that dosn't matter. Enviroments are hard to pin down to what is best, each child is different. As long as they get what they need-shelter-food-clothing(dosn't have to be fancy or new).

  8. Unfortunately there is no such thing as a perfect environment, however all a child really needs is parents that love them deeply and provide food, shelter, clothing and an education.
