  1. there IS no ideal. your BMI is determined according to your height and weight so every fourteen year old girl is going to have a different ideal to you for example. However as you're quite petite it's probably advisable that you aren't too heavy as your BMI rate will need to be lower than most girls. I'm 16 and have big b***s and big hips (34-30-43) so dont worry too much. Just make sure you eat right and do enough activities during the week.

    but it could also go up to around 130lbs.

  3. 110, but you can go up to 130 and still be in a healty range. I would try and stay below 125 bc you are still very young and don't want to put on any extra weight that will be harder to come off when you are older.

    wow im 14 too we have completely diffrent body types but im 14 5'8

    flat and not curvy and i weigh 98
