  1. try  this ideal weight calculator, based on age, gender and height. It

gives  you the per cent of people heavier than you, too. And shows you

how you compare to others: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.ht...

  2. i think it is 120 lbs

  3. 75.2 pounds.

Isn't that how much all those skinny girls in teen movies weigh? I don't know. It is rather hard to tell, just lookin' at 'em. Maybe you should get a boob job, a nose job, and some lipo too just like them. It's what happens in California, Miami, and all them other rich places! They must be on to something!

ALL SARCASM ASIDE, it honestly doesn't matter as long as you feel fine in the skin you're in. You can be in that BMI range for your height that another answerer mentioned (115 to 155 lbs) and you might feel worse. Or you could feel better. Who knows?

The point is that everyone is different and that what may seem perfect to some people may not be perfect to YOU.

  4. The most accurate assessment of your ideal weight takes into account the composition of your body - how much of your weight is lean body mass (muscle and bone) and how much is body fat. For optimum health, body fat should be no more than 20% of total body weight for men and 30% for women.

    Ideal Weight Table

The following table is a guide to a healthy weight range for each height and gender. The table does not take into consideration your age or your frame size. A person with a petite physique ought to aim for an ideal weight at the lower end of the range. A person of the same height but with a larger frame could quite satisfactorily weigh in at the top of the range.

  5. You must find your BMI(Body Mass Index)=(your weight on kilograms) / [(your height on metres) x (your height on metres)].

Normal weight is BMI= 20-25.If you have BMI between 25-30 you have some more kilograms(no serious problem -you must be careful of your diet to don't cross the line). But if you have BMI >30 you need a good  balanced diet because you are too young.

  6. ideal weight is a range...for your height, ideal bmi is 115-155lbs

  7. Probably like 130
