  1. The periodic table lists an enormous amount of information, if you know how to read it.

First, explicit information listed includes atomic numer, avg. molecular weight of all combined isotopes, number of valence electrons, electronegativity, relative atomic radius, and sometimes physical state at room temperature. Additionally, other information is contained in the periods and groups of elements. For example, an element's valence electron shell, which gives rise to the recurring chemical properties of elements in the same group, can be understood by group position. As for periods (rows), each one consists of the filling of a quantum shell.

The elements found in the body can be divided into macro- and micronutrients.

    macro: C, O, N, H

micro: Fe, Co, Cr, Cu, I, Mn, Se, Zn, Mo

  2. A chart for listing elements.

  3. Oxygen, Carbon, hydrogen, Nitrogen, Calcium, Phosphorous, Potassium, Sulfur, Sodium, Chlorine, and Magnesium are found in the body

  4. it contains elements and their information like mass and other stuff
