What is the phone number for help? Sent many emails but responses are based on keyword search and unhelpful?

I am receiving tons of spam in my inbox lately, about 15-20 a day. When I send messages to the help email, I receive a generic response based on a keyword search and no one directly addresses my concerns so I wanted to speak with a live person for assistance.
