What is the phone service like in Hull England?

What is the phone service like in Hull, and what are the charges like?

I only heard today that Hull has it's own company Kingston running its phone service, and no competitors have moved in, not even BT.

no because they cant, if you live there u know ..if you dont live there , then stay where you are !!!

only place in the Uk to have cream coloured phone boxes, was the first place to have a public telephone system ,hence the monopoly

im from hull and yes they have hull is a monopoly system..we cant get things like virgin media and have to get the net through kc..but the phone charges are soo cheap 5p to local calls and free to any on he weekend
