Looks like cylocone is a mistake for silicone.  Silicone is a polymer of the -SiO- monomer with two carbon-containing organic chemical groups at attached to the Si atom.  The chemical and physical properties depend on the organic groups and since they will be different with each variety of silicone there are no single set of chem. and physical properties.

    Mostly they are close to inert chemically and are good electrical insulators.
