What is the pitch dia. for a .5625-20-unjs thread.?

Exactly the same as the .5625-20 UN thread.  The UNJ series is the same as the UN except for a rounded root on the external thread and a slightly larger ID on the internal threads.  The pitch diameters are the same.

For a class 2 thread the pitch diameters for:

external = 0.5245 / 0.5287 inches

internal  = 0.5300 / 0.5355 inches
