The point of reality TV is that it is cheap programming, requires no talent to participate and no effort/intelligence to watch .... so it is relaxing or entertaining for some people while being mind-numbingly tedious to others.

The point about the reality TV section on Yahoo Answers is probably pretty much the same ... which is probably pretty much the same a the 'Current Events' or 'Polls and Surveys'  sections on Yahoo Answers.

Well, there must be some point to it if you came all the way from Current Events to make a point of asking what the point of it was.

lol, just had a peek at your section, you ask each other what colour of socks you are wearing  ffs!!!( your answer was none) maybe polls and surveys would be more apt for your line on questioning?.(no disrespect to the P&S peeps intended) Maybe you should watch the news and have questions on that? Or even read a newspaper?
