I got an N64 bundle that came with 2 memory cards, but I don't see what the point is in using them. Are there any games that would require one?

  1. The memory card is so that you can transfer memory to another N64, and it also gives you some extra storage space.

  2. The main reason for doing this is that you can transfer your data to a friends N64.  Or honestly.. I have heard of some really hardcore players that have more than three saves of a game which is what most of the limits.

But yeah, not many people play N64 anymore so maybe for you it's useless.

    Good luck!

  3. Yes there are.

Basically all sports games require a memory card.

There are also a lot of different games that require memory cards such as Gauntlet, World is not Enough 007, etc.

There are actually a lot of games that use it, so I would keep em just in case you buy one that does need it.
