I don't really understand why it doesn't just get all listed in one section.

Is it for people who have physical, real stores? Or can anybody make an 'ebay store'. do you have to pay extra? whats the point?

  1. Anyone can get an ebay store.  The basic level of a store costs $16.00 a month, plus something like 3 cents per item that is listed.  The point of doing a store is because the sellers can list thousands of items for a very cheap price and it can stay on for 30 days versus... 7 like a regular auction.  Otherwise, it is pretty much the same as an auction.  All of the listings in the store are considered a "Buy It Now".
