    It goes (like the name suggests) Under any protection/armour you might wear.

    There are 2 types.

    One designed to keep you warm when it's cold

    One to keep you cool when it's hot.

    They both are designed to be tight fitting, this controls your temperature and will aid muscle recovery after exercise.

  6. Under armour is to protect vital parts of the body like lungs,ribs and especially the heart. you have to get a perfect fit for it to work and a top market one in the region of £50-75. do not by one which is cheap as it will not work efficiently.
