Not necessarily in your carry-on, but in the checked baggage. I have about 10 burned DVD's and the rules say never to "copy" so I've broken it of course.. but just wondering if anybody has travelled overseas with burned DVD's. Mine are written as "data" so I have .avi files, that way I can have 5 flicks on each DVD. I don't want to be arrested or anything, so I'd rather know now before I travel.

  1. How about not labeling them completely?

Like, if you had I Am Legend, the Little Mermaid, and IV on one DVD, label it: "I.A.L., L.M., R.4."

I don't think security is going to worry about some DVDs.

As long as they don't have "I am a bootleg DVD" written all over them, I wouldn't worry if I were you.
