  1. Belgravia is so posh they don't allow "For Sale" signs.

  2. buckingham palace

  3. Chelsea, kesington, sloane square and i think Maida vale is one.

  4. Sloane Square and Chelsea - Yes

  5. Well, if you really intend to make that goal come true you might get there - but you won't want to be bored without street life, friends or nightlife either so how about this idea.....

....... strangely enough, theres a very posh street of billion pound vintage houses behind one of the trendiest fashion markets in London!  It's on the way to Regent's Park - but right behind Camden Lock markets! How's that for the perfect compromise? We found it on our way for a picnic.

  6. there's several very expensive areas and yes Chelsea is one of them ... also Kensington, Hampstead

  7. Hi

Chelsea is quite posh , or parts of it by the river for example.

The poshest parts are Belgravia, Mayfair anywhere in W1 or SW1 postcode and Regents Park, Hampstead Heath not too far behind.

    Take care

  8. Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Belgravia, St James's....the list goes on. I hear Buckingham Palace is quite posh too. Me? I prefer Paddington.

  9. Mayfair is the poshest and richest part of London.

This link gets you a map of Mayfair - which is bordered in the north by Oxford Street and in the south by Piccadilly - to the west by Park Land and to the East by Regent Street. . . .

Mayfair is always worth a visit and I recommend Shepherd's Market off Curzon Street.  You can also get to the area via Half Moon Street, which runs north off Piccadilly.

  10. Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Chelsea, Belgravia, Belsize Park, Pimrose Hill and Holland Park in the centre.

Barnes, Petersham, Richmond, Hampstead, Wimbledon Village and Coombe in the suburbs.

The best houses I've seen in London are in Wimbledon Village, Petersham and Coombe.

  11. Chelsea is not posh area now.
