What is the possibility someone could be a "Demon Fighter"?

I have a friend who is diagnosed bi-polar and schizophrenia. He has been slaying demons for about 20 years now. I am questioning whether his diagnosis is accurate

What do you mean he has been slaying demons? Does he dissapear a lot randomly? Does he ever alert you of them? Do you mean he completely turns into another person sometimes and acts really paranoid around you?

A demon fighter with their head on right would not tell anyone what they do.They fight in the dark, and do not exist in the normal world.
