  1. Let my forewarn you that I am not a nurse, but my friend has been suffering from severe panic attacks for the last few years. Are you in your 20s? Panic attacks are very common for people in their 20s. If your attacks are severe you should see a doctor. They may put you on some type of anti-anxiety medication. If you are not into being medicated you can try yoga, tai chi, meditation, or some other form of relaxation and de-stressing exercise. Apparently my friend's doctor told her that she should grow out of them. Good luck!

  4. Nurses can't diagnose.  A diagnosis can only be made by a licensed physician.
