  1. oops.. my stupid.

the dial code for Australia is +61

its +43 then the Austrian number

I don't know if you have to add or drop digits off the number... for UK phones you drop the leading 0 eg 0161 x*x xxxx becomes +44161 x*x xxxx

the place where the phone is doesn't matter.. what does mater is where the phone is registered so you need to ad he Austrian dialling code

the leading + should automatically identify the call to the network as an international call, although I think in Europe i think the code 00 automatically identifies a call as international... but + works worldwide (or at least it should)

  2. The previous guy thinks you are Austrian! You need to dial +61 miss the 0, then the number. ie +61412345678
