Because - it does sound like a scam.

Also, Postbank as such has mostly a dutch audience, and operates internationally under the name ING.

It's not clear what you are asking exactly

However alarm bells are ringing because everytime someone asks for the address of the Postbank in Amsterdam it normally relates to scam

I would strongly suggest you tread very carefully, and under no circumstances to send them any money (usually they will request it via Western Union or Moneygram) as you will not see your money back
