What is the price to replace 2 wooden fence panels?

A friend drove into a fence in Surrey BC and damaged 2 panels. w/out involving insurance how much shud my friend pay 4? The owner wants to replace the whole wooden fence. What are they legally bound to do.

It all depends how big the panels are, however they shouldn't cost more than £20 per panel.

Unless the other party put a claim in, your not legally bound to anything. To prevent you from being over charged, make sure you get the quote and not them.
