  1. It is very high in antioxidants and I believe it has the highest ORAC values of all foods. Also is balanced in good fat, vitamins and minerals and fiber. I recommed Sambazon Acia from Whole foods or local health store where they come in frozen slim bricks of 4 or the ready to drinks ones like regular, strawberry or mango flavor. I mix the frozen kind with whey protien for the ultimate super food energy booster.
