What is the probabilty of a tornadoe actually hitting wichita?

i hate to say to but since it is in wichita is in kansas which is in tornado alley and its been very active i would say 500 out of 500 thousand beacuse of ur weatherany given year, very small, but not zero. There is a risk today, but again the chance is small.

Wichita is in Tornado Alley (I think, if not, then very close to it)  So the odds are much higher than someone living in California.  Right now, the odds are sorta high.

In any given year, very small, but not zero.  There is a risk today, but again the chance is small (for any specific location).  Nevertheless, keep aware of conditions and know what to do if a warning is issued, since there still is a small chance.
