  1. Too many people are getting angry at the illegal immigrants who just want a better life for themselves.

I think the biggest problem is with these companies and our government.  The government needs to have stricter laws and pentalties for the companies that hire these people including periodic inspections of the companies.

Also, I think it is unfair that illegals can come in and get our government benefits.  They should have to be a citizen to qualify for these benefits.

Finally, if they are going to live here they need to learn our language.  I think they are intitled to an education just as anyone else however, it really bothers me that for example at in the school district my son goes to each and every school has an additional teacher specifically for english as a second language then they have additional people for interpretation.  That is funding that should be going elsewhere.  I feel they should be required to pay for this  but they don't.

  2. The problem is that 12+ million people got into the United States with no government oversight, no preference for education or job skills, and no check for criminal records.

Some want government assistance, others want to be paid for cheap labor to improve their lifestyle - either way few of them are probably sincerely interested in America as a citizen would be - they are here for the $$$.

  3. It's.... ILLEGAL

the solution is to enforce the laws that are currently on the books.

Wow, I think it's hilarious that I get thumbs down for saying that we need to follow the laws of our country. Interesting.

  4. There is no solution.

    And there is no problem.

It's not immigration which is bad, it's terrorism.

  5. undocumented people sucking from the hard working men and women of our society by not paying taxes and overburdening allotments that were intended for our citizens that are in need.   Kick their asses out of the US.   Mexico does not welcome illegal immigrants...why should the US?  ...and about 30% are criminals.

  6. The problem is that it over strains our infrastructure, and prevents the government from being able to increase the number of legal immigrants admitted each year.  The problem is that people who want to come here legitimately are forced to wait for longer periods of time.  We're sending a global message that we penalize those who come legally, and look the other way for those who come illegally.  Its no wonder the problem has escalated as it has.

  7. The government wants to allow all these parasites in so tax payers can provide for them and ruin our country like Mexico so the elite can have new world order and we can all be peasants.

  8. One thing is, they can take jobs away from legal citizens of our country who have a right to find work here. Why can't they just go through the legal process?

  9. Illegal immigration suppresses wages for working men and women. Tougher penalties. Improve the economic conditions in their country of origin.

  10. they come here to get away from All the so called "Killing" in there country or maybe they  are poor or something and they come here to get a better life but when they do come here

they use there pity excuse to get what they want

    food

    clothing

    money

    cars

and they are not paying for anything and then they get the money to send more relitive to over here

then they come here form gangs or whatever and when they get caught blame racism ,they arent

paying ANY taxes andi hold nothing against them and maybe those stuff is happening in there country and its true in their country people are getting killed but when they come here they dont get a green card

they don't pay taxes and they cry racism when they dont get jobs and they take away jobs form Americans and legal immigrants they dont apply for an SS card or a birth certificet or any to prove that they are officially legalpolice have came and arrested them for what ever or deported, there are over 2,00 illegal immigrants all over the country and there has

    been no soulition

  11. My problem with it is that these guys can't be tracked.

I have 2 children that are Mexican and white. Their father was deported. Now I send him letters and the child support people have even tried to contact him and he dodges them too.He has nothing to do with his children at all.

There are men who come to America and completely abandon their families and leave them hungry and alone.

Not all of these guys come to support their families some come for selfish pursuits.Of the men I knew most were having s*x with prostitutes and some men have contracted diseases only to carry them back to their wives and children.

  12. People are demonstrating their lack of respect for the country, its laws, and its people by sneaking in or over staying visas.  It is the automatic importation of criminals and the type of people that easily take up crime.

  13. It's ILLEGAL, that's the problem.

  14. I have assimilated I will answer like the good Americans do. They are illegal We are a Nation of laws Report deport Speak English dress like cowboys carry a gun I don't like my job but don't want no furiner taking it Protect our sovereignty assimilate assimilate assimilate

  15. Do you know what they call people who are too lazy to follow the rules to get a better life, criminals.

If breaking the law to get a better life was respectable, everyone would do it.

Criminals break the law to better their lives, not normal people.

  16. People who call illegal immigrants parasites and criminals generally are un-educated or under-educated and probably more similar to illegal immigrants than your average person. That's why they feel threatened.

However, illegal immigration cannot be understood as a problem without knowing what makes it illegal. If you were to make all people who tried to come to the country who were left handed illegal would that make illegal immigration a problem? Probably not, except for maybe baseball, having no left-handed people is unlikely to prevent successful and prosperous society.

Some illegal immigrants are a problem and contribute to gang violence, wasteful use of shared resources (like welfare and healthcare), but other illegal immigrants do jobs legal immigrants and citizens don't want to do or for pay lower than they would work for. Many illegal immigrants work harder and longer, pay more taxes, and use shared resources less than most legal immigrants or citizens.

The solution is not to kick out all illegal immigrants or allow all of them to stay, but find a way to separate the bad from the good. Once we can develop a way to identify the productive ones and the true parasites, we can start to solve our immigration problems.

Unless you are American Indian or Native American, we are all immigrants. Many of those who are legal are unproductive and more of drain on society than any illegal will ever be. If I could make the rules, I would kick out many legal and native-born Americans before some of the better illegals.

Being an American citizen is part luck. Lately, I'm not so proud to be one when I hear the hateful, ignorant, unreasonable statements of my fellow Americans. I have relatives in Canada and in many ways it is a much better (prosperous, clean, fair, friendly, more equitable) place than the U.S. Compare a Canadian slum in a big city there to one in the U.S. and you will be shocked at the difference.

  17. There are people from all around the world standing in line to come here legally. No group should be allowed to force there way in.

  18. 1.  What is the problem with illegal aliens?

They are illegal, and the 'sifting' process of legal immigration has not taken place.  Because that has not happened, a large number of the illegal aliens who did come to our country did not have the education that was needed to get a job and support themselves.  As we look at the Department of Justice Prison Records, we also discover a huge number of our prison cells are occupied by illegal aliens and on narcotics charges.  As one of several examples of.. what the real problems is.. I think we can see the sifting process of .. legal.. immigration eliminates criminals and folks who simply do not have the tools to earn a living in this country without a huge investment of a welfare nature.  I would also point out at this point that educating those folks in Mexico would be far less expensive and the criminal elements must be excluded.

    2.  Under the Clinton administration, and under the Bush administration, the funds to maintain the immigration service in terms of equipment and manpower were severely cut.  The ability to protect and control our borders was lost in that time frame and the consequences have been very, very expensive.  It would have been far less expensive to maintain our control of the border and turn the invasion back and that should be recognized as  part of the next solution.

    3.  Amnesty was provided at one point and if you research the processes, you discover some 47% of the applications for amnesty were fraudulent.  At the time, the applications could not be thoroughly checked and the consequences were to admit people who became a serious and expensive burden on the people of the United States.  It is said the Mexican People believed we didn't care.. they came north in droves.  We should not provide amnesty in the future.

    4.  The personal computer was developed, and the criminal forces of the world used it to forge excellent documents that enabled all sorts of criminal activity.  That would include, as it happens, the assault of the terrorists on 9-11.  And so, part of the solution has to be a 'secure identification document'.  The 'Real I.D.' has been presented by the Senate as being just that sort of document and if they have done their job, the potential for illegal aliens and terrorists to perpetrate criminal activity will be seriously limited.

    5.  Because the Mexican Mafia has been providing excellent forged identification in almost every park in the whole Mexico and the Southwest of the United States, we have NO idea at all who is what.  Some of the folks that came to this country came to do criminal projects.  Some came to work.  Other came to do terror.  Some actually came to work.  At this point we have no idea which want to do what, and the only real method of stopping the incredibly expensive manipulations of the illegal aliens is to deport them... deport them one and all.  That solution must be done because even if an illegal alien allows himself to enter the enrollment processes of amnesty, we have the previous experience of 47% of those illegal aliens presenting false information to obtain that amnesty.  And it takes years to deal with that problem, particularly if there are much, much more than a paltry 12 million illegal aliens.

    6.  Because we don't know who is here to do what, if we deport all the illegal aliens and start with the current law as a basis for admitting immigrants, we will know for a fact what we need in the way of guest workers, and we will know where we need those guest workers.  Suggesting our schools were turning out the wrong skills is an incredible condemnation of the Federal and State Governments, or a blatant, flat, stupid lie.  I actually believe it is both, but at this point, we need to deport the illegal aliens, and then obtain a clear picture of where we want to go.  That process could easily solve the very, very offensive H1b and H2b requests.
