What is the problem yahoo or my pc? I keep on receiving this message from yahoo!groups notification.?

Saying that i requested to change email frequency setting for this group and i need to confirm for it to take effect. I am not requesting anything and i've change my password already but still it is still doing it. I am running my anti virus regularly (avg).What is wrong???

it's a bot doing this- your mail settings were probably reset- maybe complain to them
