I don't know the exact procedures. I depends on what job you're applying for. I think you'll probably need a security clearance.

If you want to work for an airline at the airport (i.e. customer service agent), you can apply online by visiting the airline's web site (click on the CAREERS or ABOUT US button.)  For other jobs in an airport, you can go into the offices at the airport or search for jobs on web sites such as workopolis or monster.
