What is the procedure if you want to bring your family is Saudi Arabia after the employer agreed?

I work here in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as an OFW and my employer agreed that I can bring my Wife & Son here when I came back from vacation.

You have to get your employer to fill out the right form at the right government department.

I'm moving there in 30 days time with my wife and kid.

I just had a phone call for the Saudi Embassy in London about this today, thay love there paper work I think.

theres the right form just print it off and give it to your employer to fill out .

your employer has to get the visa from the appropriate government department.  you can not do it yourself, you will not accomplish the desired result.  [Saudi bureaucracy does not do things for non-citizens unless pushed by power of some sort.]

be prepared -- this process takes months.
