now a days the fuel problem is growing day by day one of the reasons behind increased inflection is high rates of fuel in our country only. setting bio diesel plant and running it at full capacity is the only solution to the future oil crises.

bio-diesel plants should be encouraged by the government, but as of today there are no announcements from the government.

If you contact the environmental and energy ministry for the same i guess you should get you license pretty soon.
