  1. If you live in Iran, the easiest and safest thing you can do is have the non-Iranian convert to Islam and then get married. I know a lot of people who have done that without any problems. Of course, you can always get married outside of Iran, but then there are problems with obtaining visas to actually leave the country.

  2. Two solutions:

1 - The Indian can emigrate to Iran and convert to Islam.  Probably a good idea to convert before emigration.

2 - Flee Iran and live in a more religiously tolerant country.

  3. What country do you live in? I would need to know to give you a solid answer.

  4. A muslim Iranian man can marry a non-muslim, and a muslim Iranian woman can marry a non-muslim... as long as whomever they marry will convert to Islam. I'm sorry, but they are strict on marrying into the same religion, and sometimes even race. However, it all depends on the person and what they see as right in their life. I am an Iranian muslim woman, and will be with and marry a man regardless of his religion and race. I look at the inner person.
