What is the procedure to open a kindergarden ??

Is it a must to have montessori cert/dip or etc? which college?

Where can i take the courses in Malaysia ?

I don't know anything about Malaysia but here in the States you have to go through the state's education department. Here in Ohio it is ode.state.oh.us  I know you're not in Ohio but it might give you some ideas of where to turn. If that doesn't help, setup a meeting with administrators from other montessori or charter schools and ask them how they developed. Good luck!
