What is the procedure to open a school?

i want to open a school in my town, i dont know anything about it. could anybody guide me about the procedure? i am a house wife and want to busy myself by opening a school. suggesions are required from experienced people. i am a foreigner in nigeria.

Talk to your Towns Governor, He will get you started with all the info you will need.

Its going to be a LOOOOONG process and cost ALOT of money for your county.
