What is the procedure when reservation ticket has lost?

go to reservation counter and lodge a complaint (you may have get police complaint at the first instance).

railways blocks the ticket and will issue a duplicate and charge you 25% of the fair.

if you have a photo copy then get it signed by the reservation centre officer and it will be valid.... if it is a bus ticket then you can do nothing... if it is a railway ticket and you have the PNR Number of the ticket then go to officer and give him the num... he will geneate a duplicate ticket for you.

you must have a PNR NO./Ticket NO. of lost ticket. lodge a FIR on station. with a copy of FIR approch to booking counter for issueance of duplicate ticket with charges as appliacable as per rules.

There is no procedure. Your ticket is lost, now you have to go to station and buy another ticket. Procedure for that is very simple. Go to station, buy another ticket from the ticket counter. Then you have to stand in a queue for getting in the train because mostly your ticket will not be confirmed. So you will have to sit in unreserved compartment.
