  1. here is the simplest way i have found to describe this:

why do we have to get a new kind of flu shot each year? because the virus evolved. simple as that.

  2. The Scientific Method and inference are used. Research that only involves simple observation, repetition, and measurement is not sufficient to count as science. What distinguishes science is the way in which observations are interpreted, tested, and used. The fossil record, comparative anatomy, comparative embryology, and molecular data are some examples of the evidence used to support (and continuously test) evolutionary theory.

  3. One way is that evolution predicts that fossils will be found in stratified layers, with more archaic fossils being older and modern fossils being newer.  If a modern rabbit fossil was found that dated to the Jurassic period, or a T-rex fossil that dated to 1,000 years ago, or something else crazy out of place, then that would falsify evolution's prediction.  So evolution is tested every time a new fossil is found.

  4. A lot of study is done on bacteria, which mutate within timescales humans can observe.  One example is Lenski's study of E-coli bacteria, identifying changes over 44,000 generations (about 20 years).  See this link for more information.

  5. observation.

  6. They add antibiotics to a population of bacteria. Then they watch the population develop an immunity.

  7. Here is a recent test, which seems to show evolution can occur faster than originally thought, and is PREDICTABLE,a major milestone in the scientific method. There are others, involving finding the exact fused chromosome between apes and man,but I like this one, because it was PREDICTED,before the fact. That's heavy evidence there.

  8. based on half life study of carbon or other elements u can guess the age of species.

  9. Science, the scientific method.

There is no one particular definable process. Evolution is tested in pretty much everything that biologists do. It is continually being tested. This is why it is a good theory, it is falsifiable, makes predictions, is tested all the time and holds up under scrutiny.
