What is the process for a EEA & Non EEA spouse to emigrate to the U.K together?

Hello, 25 y/o American married to a Danish wmn 3/15/08 in DK. He has residence in US, She, DK. We would like to know any qualifications, forms, procedures, regulations there are for us to move there simultaneously. I have read many immigration sites, and it sounds as if she must establish residence before I can accompany her. Is there any way enter the U.K. legally and able to work without the Residence Card, i.e., some immigration stamp? We would sincerely appreciate any helpful advice. ..... Rundown, US citizen and a Danish citizen are married, still have residence in country of origin. Married for 4 months in DK. How do we go about settling in the U.K. within the E.U right of family reunification????? Many thanks!!!... P.S. is Ireland easier?

Well she must first find a job in UK, she is DK citizen means she can to go to UK & start working in UK anytime ( not work permit or authorisation needed). She must have six months pay slips & a place to live (with address) to actually sponsor you to live with her in UK on long term basis.

Once she has all the documentation ready, u will have to be in USA to apply for spouse visa in UK Embassy & normally it takes from two weeks to four months (depending upon individual cases).

While she lives in UK as initial six months period to get salary slips, u can live with her for 90s day for sure (as u can enter UK on visa waiver program) but cannot work. Once u are granted spouse visa, u can live & work in UK without probelms.
