What is the process for a Indian Citizen living in USA to marry a Polish citizen living in Poland?

I want to get married in Poland. What documents ( certificate of no impediment.etc) do I need. How many days do I need to stay in Poland before I can marry my girlfriend in court?

I think the best way to find out is ask at the embassy or consulate. There is more than one is the US, you can go to http://www.polishconsulatechicag.org/ and email them. They will give you all the info you need.

VE is right, but if you want you can also call them.

Somethings to consider are you a greencard holder?  I would discus this with the Polish authorities they can better suggest what you need to do.
