The reason appears to be that other people can have the opportunity to learn from the answers.

From what I can comprehend, you want to know how to become employed, right?  

You also what to know how to obtain your pay?

Please re-post this question so we can understand the desire.  I surmise you are in India.  You folks speak English differently than we in the USA, so it can be hard for us to know what is meant.

Please let us know the industry of which you speak.

If you mean insurance, it is quite easy to enter the industry, slow in collecting your commission, and we sell policies.

Actually, we TRY to sell policies.  (Smiles.)
