What is the process in authenticating diploma in UAE embassy in the Philippines?

pls.. help.. i need to authenticate my husband's diploma in uae embassy here in the philippines and i really don't have idea how... i've read about sending the doc. through DHL but i really want to make sure if that's the real process...

First of all we need to know which diploma must be authenticated to give you a brief answer.

But I will try to explain you what it means if embassies need authenticated papers.

You would have to go with the diploma to the issuing body and get it confirmed. Afterwards you have to go to the next higher body and get i confirmed as well. The last institution that has to sign it is the DFA. Right after Malancanang signed it.
