What is the process to create chapters during burning a DVD process using Ashampoo 7?

I have found that the final product I get from my DVD burning is that I cant seem to negotiate through chapter to chapter when I attempt to view the burned DVD in my DVD player. Is there something I need to click on before I start the burn process ?

I set mine up in the DVD menu.  I had set it to every 10 minutes, but changed to every 5.  I think I can even manually mark chapters using the remote but, since I just record movies and not individual scenes, I just leave it at 5 minutes so I can jump through a movie if I need to do so
