Go to the Driver's License Bureau and pick up a book to study to take the written test and the driving test.  If you are just getting your license or learner's permit, you will have to take your birth certificate and a parent with you and proof of Driver's Education class that you have taken and passed.  You will also have to pass a vision test.  You are allowed to get your license for 10 years as of last year.

If you are just transferring from another state, all you have to do is provide your license from the other state, take a vision test, pay and get your license.
