As far as I know the hospital sends off for it after the parents sign it?

They don't require any ID or proof of citizenship?

  1. ooh, another good question, Yeshua.............

I used to work in one of the busiest county hospitals in the US in the labor & delivery unit.  It doesn't matter if the parents are illegal immigrants, if the baby is born in the US, it is a US citizen - a big problem in my opinion.  Many of these young mothers would intentionally get pregnant here to be able to deliver in the US.  The thinking being that it would hook them up to all kinds of social services as well as be a buffer against deportation.  Anyway,  I'm taking the long route to answering your question, but the answer is no, not really.  ID is requested but no demand for verification nor proof of citizenship.  The law needs to be changed.

Now, I'm not exactly sure why you are asking this question, but for a home birth, you might contact 'Your State' Bureau of Vital Statistics for directions on obtaining a birth certificate.

  2. All babies are listed with the State in which they were born, does not require ID or citizenship, in fact does not even require a fathers name.  The State sends a tape every 30 days to the Federal Government so it is listed twice .

  3. Perhaps you'd like to reconsider tagging your infant with a U.S. Trust Instrument (Certificate of Birth Title):

A better option is to enter his/her name in the Holy Scriptures. With your moniker being "Yeshua" you should already know better than to have your child registered and numbered (SSN) by the Beast.

    Just a thought ...

Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand:

  4. Paretns do not have to be citizens of the US for their baby, who is born in a US hospital, to be a native born US citizen.

And, you can apply for a birth certificate yourself. Many people have their babies at home, with no practitioner. It depends on the rules of the individual states and counties, but a birth certificate does not have to be applied for by a hospital.
