OMG!!!! You should be using a heat protecting spray when you blow dry your hair too!!!! The best one to get is made by CHI it's called 44 Guard and boy does it help! I know cause I'm a hairstylist... This will make a big difference in your hair. You can spray this on your wet hair and then again when you flat iron it!!
