  6. I like the term, "maintenance technician".  It carries more prestige than a mere janitor, even if the duties are the same.  My second choice would be "custodian".

    I would guess the correct term is "janitor." plus, there's bunches of janitorial supply companies. I doubt they'd be using the term if it wasn't  standard.
