What is the program that all windows xp computers have?

there is spme kind of progam on my xp were i can view all things that have been done on my computer but i forgot wat it was...for example you can see things that were downloaded and were you went on the internet.

please tell me wat it is and how i get to it.

and all windows xp computers have this....

It might be 'history' or 'task manager'

I have an XP and  honestly have no idea what you're talking about and i know my computer very well.

to get to history, go to internet explorer and click on the history button

to get to task manager, hold down Ctrl, alt, delete at the same time
