What is the proof that a higher power is god?

The Christian God did not create evolution. He made animals separate from humans and never connected them. Evolution is true; otherwise we would not have bones of dinosaurs.

The way the world is and how perfect it works must mean that we have a higher power that helps us work it, right?

Than where is the proof that this 'higher power' must be a 'god?'

No.  Not necessarily.  4 billion years of evolution and such brought us to that.  The laws of physics let it work quite nicely too.  The world is far from perfect, anyhow.

Science can't prove everything to be right, or wrong for that matter.

There are things Science can't explain, and never will be able to.

That's where Religion comes into play. I like to believe that there is a God. Personally, the world just makes sense to me that way.
