What is the proper ettiquette for a drunk driving victim panel?

I got a DUI 3 years ago. It makes me feel so depressed and I have so much guilt about it. I dropped out of college because of it. I haven't left my house since May. I am so ashamed?

What can I expect from the panel? What will the victim say to me? How am I supposed to respond.
