  1. 50-1 is correct- you can get a 16 ounce measuring bottle at Wal-Mart that takes all the guess work out of it- for instance you put 3 gallons in your tank, you would fill up to the 3 gallon line on your measuring bottle with oil. It's a piece of cake!

  2. That would be 50:1 gas to oil

Not sure of the amount of oil to mix in try this site:http://www.csgnetwork.com/marineoilfuelc...

use a good quality oil that meets the TC-W3 minimum.

  3. 50:1 or to be safe 3 ounces per gallon.

  4. 50:1 for anything made since the early 60's;  prior to that, some models specified 24:1 - if you have a model number we can cross reference the year.  Any doubt use 24:1 until you know for sure.

50:1 is 1/3 cup (2 2/3 oz) per gal.  rounding to nearest ounce is fine.

  5. As others have stated it be 50:1. Only reason for me gettin' involved is passin' on to ya' the use of a fuel stabilizer. Outboard will run a lot more efficient and it's recommended for storage and or winterizing ;)... < ' ( (( > <

    Fuel Stabilizer:

Note: Definately in agreement with Capt Bill T on the TC-W3 type 2 cycle motor oil...

  6. 50 to 1 or 50:1 is the correct answer.

  7. 50 to 1

  8. 2.oz of oil to a gallon of gas

soooo a 6 gallon tank takes 12oz oil
