  1. If I were you, I would call the restaurant immediately and tell them the problem and that you will be back within the hour for a refund of your money.  My next move would be to inform the Board of Health and make a formal complaint.

  2. It's really up to you. Ring them or go back and complain, but make sure you ask for the manager, owner or the cook/chef  first as its a waste of time complaining to the kitchenhands and waitresses as they may not have done it.

If they don't believe you and wont give you a refund or just refuse to listen, report it to someone. Tell all your friends, family,co-workers not to buy from there because you found bugs in your food and soon the word will get around and you could put them out of business. It sounds a little over the top but you need to do something so it doesn't happen to someone else.

  3. If a bug made it all the way into your food I would call your local health department. Even if some one did it on purpose, and the place does not have a bug problem it needs to be brought to some ones attention. gross! Though first... seeing it was take out, you are sure it did not get in there during the course of you taking it to where ever to eat???

Mentioning it to the owner first before the health department is nice to do to.. but defiantly still report it.

  4. First, don't eat the bugs, as that would destroy the evidence.

Then, take the food back and get a refund and/or new food . . . they'll probably offer the replacement free for your inconvenience . . . and for not complaining to the health dept.!
